London NFL Games 2026: Come for the Football, Stay for the Chaos (and the Pubs)
There are NFL games… and then there are London NFL games. Check your passport and then check out the pubs.
The NFL didn’t just dip a toe into London, it fully committed. What started as a novelty has turned into a full-blown tradition, with sold-out stadiums, fans from every corner of the world, and a game-day vibe that feels like the Super Bowl… just casually happening on a Sunday in London.
The 2026 London Lineup
This year? Very easy “yes.”
The Jacksonville Jaguars are back for two games: one at Wembley Stadium and one at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The Washington Commanders will play at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Let’s talk stadiums for a second.
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium makes sense. It’s modern, ridiculously comfortable, and clearly designed for big events like this. Concession lines move fast (a minor miracle), there are screens everywhere so you don’t miss anything, and the whole experience just feels… easy. No chaos, no confusion, just football and good vibes.

Wembley, on the other hand, is pure history. It’s the “this is a big deal” stadium. Walking in feels like you should probably be holding a trophy, even if you’re just holding a beer.
Want some pre-game entertainment? Let me introduce you to 32 Team Jersey Bingo.
The rules are simple:
Grab a drink. Walk around. Try to spot a jersey from all 32 teams. You definitely can, because at London games, it’s not just fans of the two teams playing that day. It’s everyone. Patriots fans. Seahawks fans. That one extremely committed Cardinals fan. People show up because this is their shot to see the NFL live, and they’re not missing it.
I found all 32 at the Vikings vs. Browns game last year. Houston took the longest. I was starting to think Texans fans didn’t exist internationally, but I finally spotted one right before kickoff. I think I scared him when I cheered. Highly recommend. 10/10 pregame activity. Compete with friends, only one person can claim a unique jersey.
The Vibes: Elite
The atmosphere is fun, loud, and just the right amount of chaotic (in a good way). Everyone’s excited, everyone’s talking, and it feels like you’re part of something global, not just another Sunday game.
And getting there? Shockingly easy. The London Underground (the Tube) makes it simple to get to and from the stadium without overthinking it. No rental car stress, no “how do we get back?” conversations, just follow the jerseys and you’re good.
Build the Weekend Around It
When I'm in London I stay in the Marble Arch area near Hyde Park. It's one of my favorite parts of London—central, walkable, and full of great spots like The Portman — classic pub, perfect for a pregame pint (or three).

The Grazing Goat — legitimately great for every meal, and an elite Sunday roast.

This is what makes London games so good, you’re not just going to a game, you’re building an entire trip around it.
